Asheville Appalachian Spa Reservation Policies

Any Asheville North Carolina & W.N.C. Accommodations-Rentals and Cabins:

Check in 2-7pm. Check out 11am. Any Late check ins prior arrangement.

Pets O.K. Smoke free environment. On exceptions, Smoking outside only! Handicap accessible. Reservations Required.

 

  • Deposit and payments: Credit Card accepted as guarantee. 
  • Deposit requred, to hold.
  • All Credit Card Payments Amex, MC & Visa
  • A Deposit is required once reservations
  • are confirmed through reservation-confirmation forms.  
  • Reservations need to be made at least 24hr. 48-1 week in advance.
  • WE ACCEPT-Credit Cards,Cash, Check,Travelers checks, and Paypal.  
  • There is a Accommodation 10% state-county tax charge on all rentals.
  • reservation-pet fees-cleaning fees, To some accomodations may apply.
  • Deposits due within 5 days of booking reservation! 
  • Balance due upon arrival!
  • Deposits are refundable less $75
  • with notice 14 days prior to reservation date for any  cancellations, for any refund!

Pet Friendly place:  Any animal would need to be approved prior to coming. Well Groomed and clean.  They will enjoy the large area to play!

  • All Pets area VIP (Very Important Pet) They are welcome to our pet spa services. (Pet massages, fitness hikes, Shampoos, Accupuncture)..  
  • Pet fees-various $10-25 ..pet fees per day or per week. Depends on size..  

 

Cancellations:

 

  • Massage-Spa-Any No shows (or) Last minute Cancellations,
  • will not be refunded!!. Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of reservation date will forfeit (100%) of deposit or payment!! 
  • 14 day will be $75 cancellation fee
  • Spa Parties-Large groups- Full Payment due 5 days before event date.   
  • Spa Parties-Cancellation fee will forfiet (100%) of deposit or payment.
  • Any spa party cancellation less than 2 weeks before event will forfeit full deposit.  (or) 15 % of corporate event total   
  • *Absolutely NO refunds on Holidays stays and stays beginning in the months of May, June, July,October & November. Busy Season!
  • * No refund unless the room is re-rented in cancellations less than 10 days in advance. For spa services and accommodations
  • Cleaning & Damage Fee: All rentals are professionally cleaned before you arrive and after you leave.  
  • A damage deposit of $125 will be held on your credit card at the time of check-in and is fully refundable within days from your check-out if no damage is attributed to your stay.
  • A cleaning fee of $25-50 will be charged if left in a mess or any damage fee will apply.

  • Complete this form to request availabilty for your accommodation and spa services. Upon receiving your request we will research and answer your request for availability within 24 hours.
  • Mobile Massage Day Spa Service Cancellation policies:
  • Reservation Policy Reservations need to be made at least 12-24 hours up to 1week in advance.

  • There is a $75  minimum for all outcall mobile services. 
  • Cancellation Policy: For individual services we require at least 24 hours notice when cancelling a appointment.
  • Less than 24 hours will forfeit 100% fee
  • There is a 20 % charge for cancellations made less than 2 week in advance.  $75.00..Cancellation fees.
  • Cancellation for spa packages and
  • Spa parties made 2 week in advance in order to avoid 20% cancellation charges.
  • Cancellations made less than 5-24 hrs. will be billed 100%
  • (Or) make Re-schedule appointment. to avoid payment loss.  
  • Changes to any packages must also be made 24 hours prior. 

  

  • Gratuities: If you are pleased with the service you have recieved,
  • it is custom to give a 15% to 20% gratuity to your Spa Technician.
